I'm not that familiar with ShakeZula, but Ejls is an absolute peach.:excited:

 

They catch and ban Spammers, and delete Child Porn, Scat Porn, and in general get rid of anything against the rules or ban anyone who breaks the rules as explained in the "Forum Rules" link on the left side of the the top menu bar.

 

They get rid of Illegal porn, Deidre79, and spam.

It's beginning to seem that in the opinion of some, you can't be a mod unless you can win a popularity contest, and unless you agree to stop being yourself and stop liking some people more than others.

But that isn't the test. The test of a moderator is whether he or she performs moderator duties in an even-handed manner. If ShakeZula ever does anything like that, which I very much doubt he will, THEN you can complain about it, not now.

 

I think one time we actually HAD a popularity contest to decide a new mod. It was over a year ago, but I remember the poll and everybody jumping in with their nominations. I don't remember how that worked out.

 

Popularity contests aren't popular around these parts anymore since the attention whores have toned it down a notch.

We did need the help with all the forumly duties,so its good to have new recruits

This forum is constantly evolving and tends to cycle up and down but I do remember when I first showed up here one thing I didn't seem to see is any popularity contests.

But the first time I started seeing threads like who's the best poster, or who's the funniest, or name two posters you'd like to be on a deserted island with, and congratulations threads for someone's post count I thought the forum took a turn for the worse.

Then when attack threads with my name on them started to appear I knew I must be doing my part to help with the decline.

Its important to be a contributing member.

 

Surely no-one would post an attack thread towards you stumbly, yeah I know stop calling you surely.

I seriously tried to be sincere in addressing that fact to all involved. Nophest had and has every right to ban me, this is his site not mine. Chunky, piggit, I have never personally or publicly preached to anyone on xnxx that you have showed any favoritism to anyone and never would. Nor have I ever said you were so mean to me like you ever would. That is the honest truth. The simple fact that we never got along just added to my behavior in not giving you the respect you deserve. This whole conspiracy notion with members and mods is born of members watching too many soap operas I will say. Moderating the forum is overlooked again by all I will admit especially I would think in dealing with so many head cases. I should have just said something like "are you kidding" "have you been drinking" "who is sleeping with who" and let it be. I can understand your confusion, Deidre. In all probability, those horrible things were posted by one of your alternate (and less grammatical) personalities.
